Pink Boots Blend

Introducing The 8th Annual Pink Boots Hop Blend
New this year, Yakima Chief Hops (YCH) partnered with women-owned farms within its network of growers to assist with the blend’s creation. Jessica Riel of Double ‘R’ Farms, Reggie Brulotte of Brulotte Farms, and Erica Lorentz of Lakeside Ranches each hand-selected their favorite lots from the 2024 harvest, which the YCH sensory team used to expertly craft three unique blends for the Pink Boots Society membership to vote on. We’re thrilled to offer this hop blend featuring woman-owned farms in support of The Pink Boots Society!

About The Pink Boots Hop Blend
We’re proud to partner with Yakima Chief Hops and the Pink Boots Society on the 8th annual Pink Boots Blend, a seasonal hop blend selected each harvest by Pink Boots Society (PBS) members across the globe. The Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage women in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. For every pound sold of the hop blend, $1 is donated to the global Pink Boots Society scholarship fund.
Each year, the Pink Boots Society also encourages brewers to participate in their world-wide celebration brew day for International Women’s Day. Participants of the Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day create beers using the Pink Boots Hop Blend, host inclusive brew day events, and donate proceeds from the sale of their beers back to their local PBS chapters. Learn about how to get involved at: PinkBootsSociety.org.

About the Pink Boots Malt
The Pink Boots Malt is a seasonal craft base malt product, appropriate for both brewing and distilling. Each year, it will highlight a different barley variety and subtle differences in base malt characteristics. The Pink Boots Malt was born from the idea to involve more members of the industry in our efforts to uplift women and non-binary colleagues, as malt is a core ingredient for both brewers and distillers. With each bag purchased, a donation is made to the Pink Boots Society scholarship fund in the US and Canada to support their mission: to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry.
